Bob & Marvin discussed the extra cost of mailed letters certified/return receipt requested, the cost of being about $4/letter, along with the paper work to fill out the forms, would have delayed the mailing of the letters and would have been substantial mailing costs. Bob & Marvin agreed that since the primary request in the letter (that of interior access to structures in town) is not required to be given by property owners, thus no action was really required by the recipient of the letter, even though it is highly desirable for all property owners to help out on this revaluation of all town property, because if the town revaluation is not accepted by the State of NH, we as a town will have to fund a second revaluation. Once again we hope property owners will in some way grant access to the interior of their properties, otherwise the revaluation team will make estimate value from outside.
