  • Meeting convened at 4:10 pm, Monday, November 28, 2005
  1. The board signed the completed MS-1 and MS-4 State forms, Mark will fax the forms on Tuesday and Mark indicated that he will participate in a conference call this week, and will let Marion know as soon as the new tax rate is set. We do expect the tax bills should be ready the first week in December if all goes well.
  2. Sorted town mail and took care of appropiate pieces:
    • Received Bill from the County for $12,704.00 for county services, will forward to Beth for payment.
    • Received Bill from Nyberg-Purvis for $2,350.00 (final payment) for the revaluation of the town this summer, this bill is also forwarded to Beth for payment.
    • Communication regarding the Fire Warden will be forwarded to Andy, fire warden.
    • Other mail (mostly junk mail) was reviewed and discarded where appropriate.
  3. We will send out new RSA-79-A forms (Current Use) to the two property owners in town that have current use properties (Hamilton & Pasqueney) to keep this information updated, per the state.
  4. The board reviewed and approved form PA-29 for McAllister property, approving $50.00 Veteran's Credit.

  5. Meeting adjourned at 5:30pm.
