- Meeting convened at 4:00 pm, Monday, September 26, 2005
- Sorted town mail and took care of appropiate pieces.
- Received and filed Septic Design Approval (# CA 2005075467) for Calvin Hunsicker,
allowing board to approve building permit for additional bedrooms (Building Permit # 2005-2)
- Received 2005 Utility Valuation Form from NH Department of Revenue, listing
NH Electric Co-op and PSNH Utility valutions. Form filed.
- Received from NH Department of Revenue-Property Appraisal & Equaliziation division,
request for Parcel count for the town (121 total parcels). Form was completed and
returned.
- Received Fire Warden Re-appointment request, Mark will forward to Andy Kohn, the
current warden.
- Received request from North Country Council for a town representative to the
newly formed North Country Council New Community Planning Committee. Mark suggested
Ed Butler as a good choice, Ed was listed and form was returned
- Finally mailed the letter with pictures of the railroad ties stored by the Conway
Scenic Railroad on the side of Route 302. Copy was also sent to the DOT
Bureau of Rail and Transit in Concord.
- Still waiting on town revaluation results from
Nyberg Purvis & Associates, Bob had contacted them earlier in the month, and they
made us aware that they were not complete with the process, and the contract with the
town specifies October 14, 2005 as the due date. Mark put in a second request for an
extension to file MS-1, the State form requiring information we are waiting on
from Nyberg Purvis.
- Bob will also set up some additional emails for contacting town government via the
hartslocation.com domain name. (As a note, not discussed at the meeting, I will try to
have a contact page created sometime in the near future at hartslocation.com... bob)
