  • Meeting convened at 4:00 pm, Monday, August 22, 2005
  1. Sorted town mail and took care of appropiate pieces.
    • Received and filed Septic Operation Permit and Operational Approval for Gustafson Permit # CA 2004066626
    • Received and filed copy of easement ROW from Outwater to Strode.
    • Received and filed copy of Driveway Permit from NH DOT for driveway construction to McLellan Property, Permit # 4143-P.
    • Received Information request form from NH Dept of Health & Human Services, form was filled out and returned.
    • Received MS-1 (Inventory Valuation) and MS-4 (Revenues) forms from state, they are due by September 1, 2005. Board may have to address this before next scheduled meeting. Marion has forms for now.
    • Received Request from NH Office of Energy & Planning collecting info on GIS, requesting on-line survey completion, even if not using GIS. Form was completed.

  2. PENDING: Building Permit for addition to Hunsicker property is pending, awaiting septic approval for additional bedrooms from the State.

  3. Meeting adjourned at 5:00pm.
